I was born and raised in Lloydminster and moved to Calgary to study journalism at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2014. I graduated in 2016 with a major in visual storytelling.

Currently, I'm part of the management team launching an innovative new approach to storytelling in the Okanagan. Kelowna10 is a digital video magazine, which uses an iOS and Android application as its core consumable medium.

Prior, I worked as a Supervising Producer, guiding evening and late newscasts for Global News Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg. That role followed my time as an Assignment Editor in the Global Saskatoon newsroom.

Before residing in the Paris of the Prairies, I managed day-to-day operations as a News Director in North Battleford for battlefordsNOW.com, meadowlakeNOW.com and 1050 CJNB.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Civic Affairs Reporter and Weekend Editor and Anchor at paNOW.com and 900 CKBI with Pattison Media, and as a Multimedia Journalist at the Lloydminster Meridian Booster with Postmedia, reporting on happenings in provincial and municipal politics.
